Come and learn how to give a Traditional Thai Massage, also known as “lazy man’s yoga”!
You will learn
how to incorporate a wonderful combination of acupressure, massage, and gently applied yoga stretches, using hands, feet and
elbows in a flowing series of moves, while working on a futon mat on the floor. This is a fully clothed, ancient, bodywork
technique that anybody can learn, not just massage therapists.
You will learn how to give a 45 minute treatment, encompassing
all 4 positions (supine, side, front, and seated) that are utilized in Thai. As the giver you will get a great work out, as
well as maintaining or creating your health and flexibility.
