What is Chi Kung?
Chi Kung (“chee- gong”) is an ancient Chinese health care system that combines physical movements with deep breathing and focused intention, to maintain your health, vitality and well-being.

“Chi” means life force energy, “Kung” means work, discipline; together they mean the cultivation of life force energy, your internal energy.

What is Ba Tuan Jing?
Ba Tuan Jing are 'The Eight Silken Forms' of Lung Hu Shan (Mountain of Dragon and Tiger).
These unique forms were passed to Ele by the 64th generation Taoist lineage holder, Chang Yi Hsiang, as part of a 2 000 year old tradition inherited from the Han dynasty.
Dr Chang Yi Hsiang, also known worldwide as Lily Siou, was the author of the first Chi Kung book published in the West during the 1970’s.

What happens in classes and workshops?
A combination of the following are taught in classes and workshops:
Warm Up: Stretching and Opening Joints: Increases your circulation, nourishes your ligaments and joints, improves your flexibility.
Tibetan Rites: a series of 5 movements that reverse the ageing process.
Daoyin Exercises: Promotes your health and longevity. Simple and easy to perform, and profound effects gained.
18 Tai Chi Chi Kung movements: Two sets of 18 movements that are repeated 8x.
